JOG WITH THE VEGAN KING #2

Went for another 5mi run last night. This time I had the pleasure of having my 16yr old son run with me. Nothing like a good run before bed, or anytime of the day for that matter. I've gone running several times this year, but I never documented the runs until now. Therefore I won't count any of the miles. I will only start counting the miles since I started blogging about it.
